Chapter 114. DOWNTOWN SPECIAL SERVICES DISTRICT

§ 114-11. Annual report.

Latest version.

Within one hundred twenty (120) days of the close of its fiscal year, the District shall provide the city with an annual report. The report shall include the following:
A.

An executive summary of operations throughout the previous year.

B.

The audited financial statements of the District.

C.

A list or statement regarding any claims filed or legal actions brought against the District and their status, disposition and resolution.
