§ 134-1. Definitions.

  • As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

    Fumigation. Any process or procedure used for the purpose of destroying or controlling vermin, rodents, insects, fungi, germs or other similar pests, which depends upon and involves the liberation, generation or production of any gas, fumes or vapor, or any combination of gases, fumes or vapors, which, when used in such a process, is lethal, poisonous, explosive, dangerous or otherwise harmful to human beings.
