§ 137-24. Suspension or revocation of license.

Notwithstanding any other penalty provided by law, the Director of Operations may suspend or revoke dumping privileges for any person or entity if such director has determined to have violated any provision of this Article for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of the Director's determination that a violation has occurred.

Any person or entity whose dumping privileges have been suspended or revoked as provided above may, within 15 business days, request a hearing before a Civil Citation Hearing Officer as provided in Chapter 97 of the code of ordinances. The Civil Citation Hearing Officer may overturn or modify the Director of Operations order.
