§ 143-6. Prohibited substances on private premises.

No person shall suffer or permit to remain upon his premises nor upon the street adjoining such premises, nor deposit upon the land of another in the city, any filth, decayed animal or vegetable matter, manure, stagnant water or anything which may be injurious to health or annoying or offensive to another.
