§ 169-4. Violations and penalties.

Any violation of this Article shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed ninety dollars ($90.00). Each separate item of material which is displayed in violation of this Article shall constitute a separate offense, and each day that any such violation of this Article shall occur or continue to occur shall constitute a separate offense.
