§ 191-8. Transfers.

No permit issued under this chapter shall be transferred but an existing operation and maintenance permit issued to a Provider in Good Standing may be voided and reissued to another Provider in Good Standing in conjunction with the assignment of an existing contract an/or the issuance of a new contract to an assignee, as approved by the Board of Representatives. The fee for the issuance of a permit in this instance shall be equal to the fee set forth in the most recent RFP for a location on any Street issued by the city.
