§ 196-3. Conditions for entering into street salting agreement.

The city shall not enter into any agreement with, nor shall it permit, any person, firm or corporation to provide the service of salting the city streets and highways unless the salt to be used by such person shall be stored and confined to prevent leaching in accordance with the standards of the State of Connecticut adopted by this chapter.
