In lieu of enforcement proceedings, penalties, and remedies authorized by this Chapter, the Regulatory Compliance and Administrative Officer may impose upon a violator alternative compensatory actions, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, creek cleanup, and distribution of environmental literature.
