§ 25-4. Removal of apparatus outside of city.

No engine or other property belonging to the city, connected with the Fire Department, shall be taken out of the city unless by order of the Chief or Deputy Chief of the Fire Department with the approval of the Mayor or, in his absence, of the President of the governing body.
