§ 40-176. Designation of position of building official as unclassified position.

The position of Building Official, created by Section C5-30-6 of the Charter of the City of Stamford and by Section 29-260 of the State of Connecticut General Statutes, is designated as an unclassified position in accordance with Section C5-20-15(g) of the Charter of the City of Stamford.
