§ 47-61. Amount of contribution.

The Participants shall each contribute sums to the OPEB Trust in the amount or amounts as set out in the City's bi-annual Actuarial Evaluation Report for Post Retirement Benefits Other than Pensions (the "Actuarial Evaluation Report"). Such contributions shall be made through the budgetary procedures set forth in Charter Section C8-30-1 et seq. The Board of Finance and the Board of Representatives shall not reduce the budgeted amount contained in either the Mayor's Budget (as defined in Charter C8-30-2 et seq.).
