§ 59-8. Dissolution of District.

A.

The District may be dissolved at any time by the Board of Representatives adopting an ordinance repealing this chapter.

B.

If the District is dissolved, the Directors shall proceed to wind up the affairs of the District as of the end of the then current fiscal year. All funds remaining shall be placed in the general fund of the City of Stamford, and all unexpired contracts and leases shall be assigned to the City of Stamford.
