§ 84-4. Mufflers and exhaust requirements.

No person shall operate a boat propelled in whole or in part by an outboard motor of a total capacity of five horsepower or more unless same shall be equipped with an underwater exhaust and standard-type muffler in good working condition and actual use during the operation of such boat.
